Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will take it back and refund your original purchase price (shipping not included). Just review the information below and return your unused product to us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
Return Authorization Number
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). You may request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 30 days of the original purchase date. To receive a RA Number, send an email explaining the reason for your return to email@example.com. RA Numbers expire after 30 days, so we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. We cannot guarantee a return or exchange without a RA Number.

GMM Upcycling shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse, will be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
In the event that the product you are returning is not unused or is damaged in shipping, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging. We will prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, and why the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return. The product may be returned to you and/or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
